An amazing, cook at home plant-based quiche. We freeze our quiche before cooking so that they come out of your oven perfect, and freshly baked.
We start by making an olive oil based pie crust, baking until golden, then adding slow roasted pieces of pumpkin, finely chopped rosemary and our own onion jam. Finally, we pour over our perfect, plant-based quiche batter and freeze.
Simply pop in the oven for just over an hour, voila! Plant-based quiche.
Our Pumpkin, Rosemary & Onion Jam Quiche weighs 1kg and is suitable for four to six people, probably with some leftovers for the next day.
A simple green salad and chutney.

Quiche must be cooked from frozen.
Carefully, remove quiche from compostable bag while frozen.
Preheat oven to 130°C.
Place on a lined baking tray. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the quiche has set. Check centre using a skewer or knife to ensure the batter has cooked through, if not, continue cooking until it has.
