An incredibly tasty laksa broth, filled with springy, fat noodles, crunchy vegetables and tofu. A great dish for one of those nights when cooking just isn't a option. Simply heat through and enjoy.
There's nothing to add to this flavour-filled dish, except perhaps a little garnish. Try coriander, black sesame seeds, or slices of chilli if you're a spice lover.
Our laksa is is 1.6kg and will serve 3-4 people as a whole meal (if you've ordered the laksa from us in the past, this is a larger serve than it was previously).

Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove compostable bag & place in compost where possible, or return to the Plant Kitchen team when they deliver your next order.
Pour into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until warmed through.
Alternatively, if frozen, remove compostable bag. Place frozen curry into a saucepan over a very low heat, gently warm through, stirring continuously until piping hot.
